What out there is actually real?

In the world of graphic design there is a lot of photo editing. We do this because every picture of anyone that gets published in a magazine or put on tv is photoshoped. They fix the waist line, the thighs, the butt, the stomach, anything imaginable. They even fix the shape of faces. So when we go compare ourselves to that girl on the billboard or the guy in the sports magazine we are comparing ourselves to art work, something totally fictional.

To see what I mean check out this youtube video.

Let's start at the very beginning...

The question I'm sure you are all asking is "what exactly is this blog and what is the point?" Well wonders of all wonders I have the answers to your questions! This is a blog where people can show their support for the many girls and boys out there that suffer from the eating disorder called Anorexia. I personally have someone really close to me that suffers from anorexia and I'm sure many people out there do too. I know that I can't cure these people (obviously) but I just wanted to show them that there are people out there who support them and think that they're beautiful inside and out. My hope for this site is that people should read these posts and submit other thoughts, quotes or anything worth reading, to be published here so we, as a whole can show the world that we are united in our fight versus the horrible disorder that so many of us face. Help me out here by telling your friends, family, colleagues and random acquaintances about this blog and getting me as many followers as possible so we can start making a difference.
Always remember that your beautiful no matter what shape size or color you are!
